Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and motivates the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversees daily operations and ensures smooth execution of all bar duties.
• Creates and updates the beverage and cocktail menu in collaboration with the F&B Manager, ensuring creativity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Prepares and serves drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Monitors inventory levels and communicates replenishment needs promptly.
• Ensures the cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area at all times.
• Maintains compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Inspects bar equipment regularly and reports any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bar management role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and bar equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus
