We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking " Creative Operations Coordinator” to be part of our “Creative Department” (Fixed-term_Maternity cover).

You have a challenging mission for:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage the production requests from our Creative Department. You will ensure the smooth and efficient workflow of projects from initial request to final delivery, maintaining close communication with the creative team, presenters, and copywriters.

What will you do:

• Organize all tasks related to content promotion across our own channels, digital entities, and the EON platform, supported by the Creative Department.
• Receive corporate requests from various departments and coordinate them with the relevant creative teams for execution.
• Monitor project implementation and maintain communication with clients until final delivery.
• Track the weekly production schedule.
• Coordinate communication between production teams, directors, technical staff, and external collaborators.
• Provide support during departmental productions to resolve issues and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Assist in cross-promotion of highlights from Nova’s thematic channels.
• Maintain a production archive.
• Ensure seamless organization of all production aspects (editing, graphics, presenters, on-air scheduling, etc.) for high-quality results.
• Deliver all projects on schedule; monitor percentage of on-time completions and average project turnaround time.
• Ensure all projects meet brand guidelines and company quality standards
• Address production issues promptly to prevent delays; track resolution time and number of issues resolved.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination within the team and with external clients.

 It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Television Production or related fields.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong computer skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in media or television production.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and production tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Provys is a plus.
• Familiarity with television, film, and sports environments.
• Basic editing and sound mixing skills.
• Awareness of technological developments in audiovisual media.
