Job Description

So, what are the main responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition intern in Netcompany?

As a Talent Acquisition intern you will:

• Evaluate incoming applications and review relevance and fit to the job description
• Source candidates from LinkedIn for Netcompany's recruitment needs
• Be in contact with candidates, to arrange first interviews with the Talent Acquisition team
• Monitor company's ATS (SmartRecruiters) and make sure all data is up-to-date
• Proactively build effective candidate pipelines using different sourcing channels.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Eligibility to attend an internship program through your university or academic institution
• An interest in HR Talent Acquisition activities
• Solid knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
• Fast learner and team player
• Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated and methodical.
