As a Partnerships Specialist, you will actively support the growth and monetization of the AB Partnerships Ecosystem, focusing on sourcing, developing, and executing strategic collaborations with external brands. You will help deliver measurable business value to AB and its partners through targeted activations and customer-focused initiatives.
What you will focus on
- Identify and approach potential partners across industries (banking, telco, energy, mobility, insurance, etc.) to build impactful collaborations that create value for AB and its customers
- Support the commercial negotiation and structuring of partnership proposals (offer mechanics, discount tiers, acquisition incentives, etc.)
- Coordinate all internal processes for each partnership activation - from initial brief to final execution - ensuring alignment with internal teams (Marketing, Promo, CRM, Digital, Retail Media, etc.)
- Monitor live activations and ensure smooth operational delivery (code setup, customer journeys, redemption flows, reporting)
- Maintain and update internal dashboards, presentations, and reports for key stakeholders, ensuring visibility on performance and timelines
- Help evaluate the commercial potential and scalability of each partnership, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Partnerships Ecosystem
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, Trade Marketing, or Business Development
- Strong interest in cross-industry collaborations and customer acquisition/retention campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - ability to approach, pitch, and build trust with external partners
- Commercial mindset with attention to operational details
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with particular emphasis on creating well-structured and visually effective presentations in PowerPoint
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
