Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Junior Developer (Appian) in Netcompany?

Join our Business Process Management (BPM) team and help deliver scalable, process-driven applications using the Appian low-code platform. As a Junior Developer (Appian), you'll work alongside experienced consultants and developers to design, build, and optimize digital solutions that enhance business efficiency and user experience.

As a Junior Developer (Appian) you will:

• Support the development of applications using Appian's low-code capabilities.
• Assist in modeling and automating business processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities across the delivery lifecycle.
• Learn and apply Appian best practices and development standards.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software development, low-code development, or process automation.
• Strong interest in low-code development and business process automation.
• Basic understanding of programming logic and concepts.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, typically within Greece, based on project needs.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Exposure to Appian or other BPM platforms (e.g., Camunda, Bizagi, Pega).
• Understanding of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
