Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Guest Experience operations, ensuring exceptional service.
- Collaborate with all departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Organize and manage VIP arrivals, concierge services, and guest tours.
- Personally welcome VIPs, high-profile guests, and Hilton Honors Elite members, ensuring all preferences are met or exceeded.
- Supervise personalized service delivery and maintain updated guest profiles.
- Handle complaints and guest recovery procedures professionally.
- Analyze guest feedback, reviews, and KPIs; prepare reports and suggest improvements.
- Lead, schedule, and train the Guest Experience team to maintain service excellence.
Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’
- Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
- Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Familiarity with hotel management systems, specifically Opera, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
