Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, oversee, and maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of guest rooms, public areas, and various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for all visitors.
- Monitor and manage the inventory levels of essential cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; effectively handle the budgeting process and timely orders to ensure the housekeeping operations run smoothly without interruption.
- Take the lead in scheduling, training, and directing the housekeeping staff, while also providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure that all performance standards are not only met but exceeded.
- Ensure that guest rooms and public areas consistently uphold the highest hygiene and aesthetic standards, contributing to a positive experience for guests and enhancing the overall reputation of our establishment.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to any guest requests or complaints related to cleanliness, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce stringent hygiene, safety, and compliance regulations throughout the department, foster a culture of accountability, and prioritize the well-being of both guests and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments such as the Front Office, Guest Experience, and Maintenance to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive approach to maintaining standards of excellence within the property.
Requirements
- 5 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’
- Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
- Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
