Key Responsibilities

•Retail sales, client care, and after-sales service

•Wholesale account management (relationships, orders, placements)

•Admin and inventory record keeping

•Marketing/communications support (including website updates)

•Coordinate parts of production and manage supplier relations

 

About You

•University graduate

•Very good communication and customer service skills

•Strong Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Adobe Photoshop a plus

•Proven interest in the arts and/or jewelry

•Good English (spoken and written)

•Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
