Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and business-minded professional to manage our network of Franchise Stores, ensuring each partner’s retail and commercial success. This role bridges account management, operational follow-up, and retail performance evaluation, supporting franchise partners in every aspect of their business — from orders and deliveries to stock optimization and commercial actions.
Responsibilities:
- Support franchise partners as their main point of contact for daily operations.
- Coordinate their orders and deliveries, ensuring accurate follow-up and timely execution.
- Monitor stock levels and support re-order proposals based on sales performance.
- Report regularly on franchise performance, KPIs, and business trends
- Monitor financials, follow up on payments, and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Help organize promotional and commercial activities in line with the brand’s marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Merchandising, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution across all franchise operations.
- Travel on seasonal basis in order to conduct store visits as well as to participate in International Trade Shows
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations management, wholesale account management, or similar roles in the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Understanding of retail business drivers, sales analysis, and stock management
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills — able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Excellent analytical abilities and experience in preparing reports
- Proficiency in English is must; a second European language is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to travel
