We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Event Producer to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in event production and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end production of events, from initial concept to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event meet objectives and expectations
• Develop production timelines, budgets, and logistics plans
• Oversee technical requirements, including AV, staging, lighting, and other production elements
• Conduct site visits and manage pre-production planning and rehearsals
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in event production
• Proven track record of supporting successful corporate, brand, or live events
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication in English and Greek
• interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with production tools (MS OFFICE) , scheduling software, and budgeting
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
