ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a driven Credit Officer to join the Finance & Control team of a leading Energy provider.

Credit Officer (6016/RS/CO/GR)

Role Overview:
As a Credit Officer, you will play a key role in managing credit risk and ensuring smooth collection processes for medium & large accounts. 
You will be working closely with clients, sales teams, and external partners, contributing directly to the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Implement dunning process to manage overdue payments for medium & large accounts and propose repayment solutions. 
•    Respond to and handle client requests (balances, invoices, complaints, disputes) and support sales representatives.
•    Monitor settlements, resettlements, cheques, and guarantees in line with policies. 
•    Prepare e-files for terminated clients under legal action and liaise with Collection Law Firms.
•    Process customer payments (credit cards, direct debit).
•    Monitor, control and communicate the monthly payable commission to the collaborating sales representatives and prepare the relative payment memo for the Accounting department.
•    Participate in credit insurance contract management processes, and in monthly credit management reports.
•    Contribute to monitoring and developing credit policies.

Requirements:
•    University degree (AEI) in Economics or related field; postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
•    3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational company.
•    Solid knowledge of credit management & collection processes.
•    Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems.
•    Strong communication and organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.
