Your Role at a Glance

You’ll ensure our building functions smoothly—inside and out. You’ll work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations, lead improvement projects, and make sure our people can work safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building Operations: Oversee all systems—HVAC, electrical, plumbing—to ensure optimal performance through regular maintenance and swift repairs.
• Facility Inspections: Perform audits to detect issues, handle minor repairs, or coordinate with service providers for fixes.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Evaluate performance against contracts and help select top-tier external partners.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and manage emergency procedures.
• Contractor Oversight: Manage relationships with technical maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and security contractors.
• Space Planning: Optimize workspaces and support office moves or renovations.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Champion energy-saving and eco-friendly facility improvements.
• Budgeting: Plan, manage, and track facility-related budgets effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all legal, health, and environmental standards are met.

What You Bring

• Technical school degree.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or operations management.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and Greek facilities legislation.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and contractor management skills.
• Strong budgeting and data analysis capabilities.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
