We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Porsche Division in our Porsche Center Athens location in Metamorfosi. The Service Manager is responsible for the premium and comprehensive After Sales service offered to all our Porsche Center Athens customers ensuring that rendered services are in line with Porsche Standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organizing the daily tasks and throughputs in collaboration with the Technical Advisor
- Monitoring daily business and providing regular reporting and activity plans to the Porsche Center Athens Management
- Monitoring of all established work-related processes according to Porsche regulations
- Providing technical support whenever necessary
- Supervising the Warranty processes whilst communicating with the Importer.
- Preparing in collaboration with the Technical Advisor the financial offers for the services to be rendered
- Providing Second level Customer Support & Complaint Management
- Providing random Quality Control on daily throughputs
- Monitoring the Service KPIs and creating action plans when necessary
- Implementing the Commercial Policy provided by the Importer
- Maintaining & increasing customer portfolio by exceeding their needs for services and products
- Monitoring target achievement (quantitative, qualitative) and creating action plans when necessary
- Ensuring the fulfillment of Technical Qualification of the technicians, based on Porsche Standards
- Ensuring the compliance of Porsche Workshop Standards and Safety Standards for the Porsche Center Athens Workshop
- Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index and creating action plans when necessary
- Providing full operational support to the Bodyshop (Appointment, reception, offers, Insurance Companies etc.)
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree Mechanical Engineering
- Previous automotive Service management experience
- Strong industry knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
- Computer literacy
