Job's Purpose

As a Loyalty Commerce Specialist your role is to design, roll- out and evaluate loyalty activations. Your purpose is to ensure effective implementation of loyalty programs in high collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you will focus on
  • Implement and monitor loyalty activities based on business targets and according to commercial loyalty strategy
  • Design and execute personalization and loyalty targeted activities such as Digital Coupons to increase loyalty offering footprint
  • Research, identify and develop new promo mechanisms and loyalty proposals based on Loyalty Strategy in collaboration with category management teams
  • Gather data insights through collaboration with analytics reporting team in order to acquire thorough understanding of activations' performance and provide feedback
  • Create reports for the financial results and budgeting of the loyalty projects

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or any other related field
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a relevant position in Retail or FMCG
  • Excellent command of English Language, oral & written
  • MS suite literate, especially advanced in Excel
  • Experience in BI tools and practices would be considered an asset
