We are looking for a Junior Mercandiser based in our offices in Athens!

Key Responsibilities
To support the team by taking responsibility for ensuring all product is in the right stores to enable achieving departmental sales, markdown, stock, intake and profit plans.

 Planning

• Provide the Merchandiser and Buyer with the previous season analysis at store and product level
• Input into creation of the store strategy with the Merchandiser/Buyer
• Assist in formulation of range plan and size assortmentat store level with the Merchandiser/Buyer
• Ensure range plan strategy is executed at store level
• Create size ratios for all buys

Trading

• Prepare weekly review of stores and product performance as per set KPIs

• Monitor weekly performance against KPIs, identify trends, opportunities and risks, and propose category/store-specific actions
• Deliver seasonal store and product analysis to support strategic planning with Merchandiser and Buyer
• Assist in developing and executing store-level range plans, including size ratios and new store assortments
• Check replenishment, line cards, and order books to ensure optimal stock levels and seasonal relevance
• Conduct store visits, analyze trade performance, and implement improvement plans
• Support monthly forecasting, cost/retail/margin checks, and carry out ad-hoc analysis as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Information Technology -Master’s degree preferably in marketing or MBA will be considered as a plus
• 1-2 years of experience as Buyer or Product Manager (Merchandising or Sales), while Marketing experience is appreciated, including sports, fashion or FMCG
• Prior knowledge of wholesale or retail is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills (e.g. communication, negotiation, relationship management)
• High degree of commercial and business acumen
• Team player, adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passionate about sports and fashion
