This 6-month structured onboarding and development program is designed to give you deep insights into our operations and a strong foundation in the logistics industry. You’ll join one of our core business units — such as Contract Logistics, Maintenance & Engineering, or International Forwarding — and work on real business projects from day one.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with different teams and departments
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
• Rotate within related functions to gain a broader business perspective

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Contribute to ongoing operational and improvement projects
✔ Work alongside experienced teams on business-critical activities
✔ Support planning, coordination, and reporting functions
✔ Participate in brainstorming, analysis, and performance reviews
✔ Present findings and ideas to senior managers

🌟 Ideal Profile

✔ Recent graduate (or final-year student) from a University or Technical Institution in:
   Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
✔ Good command of English and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
✔ Team player with strong communication skills
