Avis Greece is looking for a highly organized Fleet Support Officer to join the Customer Experience team, with a primary responsibility of coordinating the vehicle delivery process to customers.
The role ensures the timely and smooth completion of each delivery through effective communication with customers and delivery points, while working closely with other departments across the company.
The goal of the position is to deliver reliable mobility solutions and a positive customer experience all the way through to the final vehicle handover.
🎯 Your Mission:
- Vehicle Availability Check: Monitor the internal system daily to identify which vehicles are ready for delivery.
- Fleet Assignment: Categorize and allocate vehicles for delivery, based on operational needs, availability, and location.
- Customer Appointment Coordination: Contact customers directly to schedule vehicle handover appointments, ensuring clarity and convenience.
- Delivery Flow: Work closely with internal teams to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Collaboration with Sales & Procurement: Work with the Sales and Vehicle Procurement Departments for data verification, availability, and scheduling.
- Problem Resolution: Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve delays or issues promptly.
- System Updates: Ensure relevant systems are updated with progress and completion of deliveries.
- Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience after the sale.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Experience in customer coordination, fleet support, or operational roles is highly appreciated.
- Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills — you’re confident speaking with customers.
- Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous when it comes to organizing data, booking appointments, and updating systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Digital Skills: Comfortable using internal systems, databases, and email tools.
- Team Mindset: You enjoy supporting your team and solving challenges together
