Each property assimilates and is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of its host location within a carefully selected setting rich in Greek history, culture, and stunning landscapes. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's budget, quality, and sustainability objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on quality, price, delivery speed, and reliability.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for goods and services across the company's resorts.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activities to senior management.
• Order goods as needed.
• Participate in ongoing efforts to improve the sustainability and environmental impact of the company's purchasing practices.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Understanding of procurement and inventory management systems, including sourcing, ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build productive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and principles.
• Ability to work autonomously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
