Job Description

Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of an intern in the Human Resources department of Netcompany-Intrasoft?

We are looking for motivated individuals to have their internship in our Human Resources Department in Athens and assist in daily tasks and ad-hoc projects. In Netcompany-Intrasoft, we offer the opportunity to interns to gain experience in different HR domains, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Payroll.

Depending on the team that you will join, your daily tasks will focus on the support of all the processes, providing numerous opportunities to learn and kick-off your career in HR!

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Eligibility to attend an internship program through your university or academic institution
• Interest in Human Resources Management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
• Learning ability and willingness to collaborate with the team
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• High self-motivation.
