Costa Navarino Residences are looking for an Engineering Shift Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the facilities of the residential buildings of the residential sector of the Resort.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of staff work schedules by department.
- Supervision of proper system operation in each department.
- Maintenance of adequate stock of critical spare parts.
- Preparation of regular reports related to departmental activities.
- Collaboration with the finance department regarding departmental expenses.
- Organization and supervision of preventive maintenance program execution.
- Organization and supervision of emergency maintenance and fault repair program execution.
- Supervision of proper implementation of SOPs, monitoring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, as well as hotel/residence policies.
- Execution of duties as Shift Engineer (Shift Manager).
- Monitoring the proper execution of work based on agreements with external partners.
- Collaboration with other departments of the Technical Services team.
- Participation in training sessions and seminars provided by the company, and continuous technical updating of staff.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in building facilities maintenance
- 3 years of experience in organizing and executing technical projects
- 3 years of experience in team management
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a University or Technical Educational Institute (AEI or TEI)
- Certification of English language proficiency
- Sufficient general knowledge of building systems (structural and electromechanical), and ability to read MEP drawings
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient computer skills
- Adequate knowledge of legislation and standards related to the technical field
