Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and product inspections to identify quality failures.
- Support implementation and monitoring of quality procedures and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for quality control checks and non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analyses per customer complaint and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and external audits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Support ISO system enhancement and certification.
Requirements:
- BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant field (AEI or TEI)
- Recent graduates (Bachelor or Master holders) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a production-related role is a competitive advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in fast -paced, hands -on industrial environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
