Welcome Agent
The Role:
The Welcome Agent role involves greeting and welcoming visitors, providing information and ensuring the smooth operation of the Entrance area of the resort. Candidates need excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and greet them with professionalism and courtesy.
- Give information about the resort, as well as its services and facilities.
- Answer any calls that come in and direct them to the right department or person.
- Control visitor sign-in and registration procedures for visitors.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting mail or managing deliveries.
Requirements
What you will bring:
- Great interpersonal communication and interaction abilities.
- An excellent customer service orientation, with a pleasant manner of speaking.
- Precision when handling information.
- The ability to keep a professional and friendly manner in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexible hours of work such as evenings and weekends required.
Useful to have:
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Very good English language skills
- Experience in the receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills like Microsoft Office.
