In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Beach/Pool Boy.

Position Summary
To ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment at the hotel’s beach and/or pool area while providing attentive and friendly service to guests throughout the day.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Prepare and maintain sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and pool/beach equipment.
- Keep the beach/pool area clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Assist guests with sunbed arrangements and provide towels as needed.
- Ensure guests’ safety by observing behavior in and around the pool/beach.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Support the F&B or housekeeping teams with light service or cleaning tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of pool/beach maintenance preferred.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in warm conditions.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Team spirit and willingness to assist across departments.
- Basic English communication skills.
