Navarino Dunes is looking for a Bar Waiter / Waitress. The selected candidate will ensure that the level of service provided is always impeccable, has excellent knowledge of recipes and products, ensuring the proper recommendations to uplift the guest experience. Apart from delivering beverages and snacks, a guest-oriented attitude is required and offering at all times high quality services by taking the extra step.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize mise en place based on daily outlet needs, to ensure smooth operations as per brand standards.
- Excellent knowledge of all products and recipes, while demonstrating selling and upselling skills.
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner. Take orders and serve with accuracy, following brand standards.
- Follow all SOP procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide change as needed.
- Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards at all times. Guide and encourage team to do the same.
- Attend all trainings and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated for all trends and market news
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multitasking abilities / Flexibility / Positivity
- Good knowledge of MICROS and POS systems
- Basic Wine knowledge
- Customer service skills, including selling and upselling skills
- Ability to train and lead others
