Άλλη κατηγορίαAs a Delivery Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Delivery Team and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of operations. The role, among other things, requires you to manage and cooperate effectively with different stakeholders.
We are looking for a professional with strong background who is ready for the next career step. A professional that is eager to grow in the fast-moving food retail business sector.
What you will focus on
• Ensures the scheduling and proper routing of the company's fleet and partners.
• Secures the creation and execution of predetermined vehicle routes in the most efficient manner for their safe transport and the timely delivery of products to the end customer.
• Schedules work shifts and employee leave, and participates in the selection process.
• Ensures the proper functioning of the vehicles by scheduling maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Oversees the proper handling of cash flow between customers, drivers, installations, and the Finance Department.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) in their area of responsibility and generates reports through HSC systems.
Who we are looking for:
• Degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or University (AEI) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree will be considered an additional qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Proficient in MS Windows.
• Previous experience using TMS and ERP systems.
• Ability to understand numerical data.
• Ability to work in shifts.
