Your everyday work-life

• Supports in development and implementation of a comprehensive rewards strategy
• Ensure that all reward programs are competitive, fair and aligned with industry benchmarks and company's needs
• Analyze organizational structures, roles and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on key metrics related to compensation, benefits and organizational effectiveness

As an ideal fit, you should have

• BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, or a related HR discipline
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including job evaluation, salary surveys, and incentive plan design
• Very good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
