Are you passionate about optimizing performance management processes and leveraging data to drive HR decisions? INTRALOT is seeking a talented HR Systems Specialist to play a key role in enhancing our Performance Management System.

Your Role:
\n
As an HR Systems Specialist at INTRALOT, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our Performance System!

More specifically, some of your main tasks will be:
\n

• Develop and implement performance processes to monitor, report, and improve employee performance.

\n

• Analyze performance data to identify trends, forecast future performance issues, and recommend proactive plans.

\n

• Facilitate goal-setting sessions between employees and their managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

\n

• Collaborate with the management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

\n

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment, retention, and HR policies.

\n

To get this role, you should match the following criteria:
\n

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or other related field.

\n

\n
• 2+ years' experience with HRIS systems.
\n
• Good understanding of HR processes and performance management best practices.
\n
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

\n
Nice to have, but not necessary:
\n

\n
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
\n

\n

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential is an asset.
