We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Shopping & Customer Experience Product Owner to lead our organization's solutions for both online and offline customer journeys. In this pivotal role, you will manage the demand for our e-commerce platforms and oversee UX/UI activities for our digital channels. A deep understanding of e-commerce best practices and expertise in customer journey optimization are required for this role.
What you will focus on
- Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision as well as in planning, optimization and execution of various processes related to e-commerce and customer journeys.
- Gather requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and digital experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to functional requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the core retail domain.
- Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including other product owners, and business analysts, to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement within ecommerce and digital domain as well as other systems in the respective domain, implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead training sessions for end users and other IT stakeholders.
- Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
What you have
- University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. Master's degree will be considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of relevant IT working experience, experience in the retail industry would be considered a plus.
- Very good working knowledge on the following areas: e-commerce platforms, user experience (UX) design, digital marketing, digital journeys.
- Experience of complex IT landscapes and large organizations.
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian).
- Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
- Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.
