Your Purpose
We are seeking a Junior Procurement Manager to support our procurement operations for meat and fish products and ensure efficient delivery of products from our Warehouses to Store Operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the supply chain and commitment to maintain efficient inventory levels due to effective ordering flow. What you will focus on

• Monitor the effectiveness' of ordering and inventories' level for Meat and Fish category of products
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure consistent supply and adherence to standards
• Track and report on procurement metrics, including supplier performance and inventory levels
• Forecast replenishment needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs
• Assist in managing procurement documentation and maintaining accurate records

What you have

• BSc in Business Administration or any relevant field. MSc would be considered an asset
• Working experience 2 to 4 years, in relevant position in the FMCG sector (preferably food) or product management category
• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Sufficient knowledge of SAP would be considered an asset
