We are on the lookout for an energetic and visionary Hotel Operations Senior Manager / Director to spearhead our bustling hotel team. As the cornerstone of our operational success at Domes, this role focuses on the vital areas of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance. The Hotel Operations Senior Manager / Director serves as the primary support and point of contact for Department Heads, providing daily assistance and leading the charge in fostering a collaborative team environment.

Tasked with coordinating and driving forward all in-house projects, this role is pivotal, operating under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

This role demands a highly motivated and skilled individual who encompass a broad range of critical functions designed to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our hotel’s operations.

Some of the responsibilities, we will entrust you with:

• Offer timely, thoughtful leadership and expert support across all departments, guiding, coaching, and inspiring team members.

• Maintain strict adherence to hotel policies while delivering exceptional, intuitive guest service to maximize departmental profitability.
• Actively anticipate and mitigate potential negative guest experiences by enhancing training, communication, and organizational efforts.
• Manage all property projects, collaborating closely with Head Office, building management, suppliers, and the local community to improve both guest satisfaction and the workplace environment.
• Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently, ensuring all interactions are handled with utmost hospitality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with the hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and relevant legal regulations.

This is not a remote position. The role requires physical presence at the Hotel during operating season.

Experience / Certificates/ Education to foster your growth:

• Minimum 3-years as Front Office Manager or Rooms Division Manager in a 5-star property.
• Experience with PMS, as well as other hotel operational systems and platforms.
• Bachelor/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Fluency in English and Greek – any other language will be considered as an asset.
