Responsibilities

• To ensure that incoming applications are processed in accordance with firm’s procedures
• To liaise with staff members to collect KYC information and CDD documentation
• To register information for Suspicious Persons from Authorities in the local database
• Ongoing monitoring, assessment and effective as well as efficient improvement of Compliance and Ethic programs in area of responsibility; independent monitoring and development of improvements of the Compliance Management System;
• To actively being involved and participate as material shareholder in company’s projects, changes,  improvements
• To support the set-up of a local compliance committee (and to involve further specialist officers if applicable)
• To support towards the implementation of appropriate and effective internal compliance standards for each essential topic, such as organizational set up, trainings, controls and monitoring programs as well as documentations and reporting
• To gather information on a regular basis regarding the appropriateness and effectiveness of the internal procedures implemented (compliance standards) in order to evaluate and conform according to the essential legal regulations
• To work with all departments within the Branch in order to ensure that Business Impact
• Analysis and Business Continuity plans are in place

• Persistence, assertiveness and organizational skill
• Advanced degree in business administration or equivalent university degree
• Fluent business English (spoken and written)
• least 2 years-experience with Compliance ,ideally within an international environment
• Good understanding of Compliance Regulations
