Hiring Solutions Team on behalf of its client, a Global Technology Company, is looking for a CE Trainer to come on board and help to expand performance, in both VD & DA segments.

As a CE Trainer will be responsible to create and develop corporate training programs for internal employees, Field Force staff and Retail sellers, to prepare presentations and teaching materials and to support Retail in store needs. 

 

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Preparing presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
  • Organizing training courses for internal divisions, Field Force & Retail sellers.
  • Supporting with needed market materials the Product & Sales teams.
  • Evaluating Field Force (Promoters & Merchandizers) performance to gauging where skills are lacking.
  • Supporting and administrating SEGR platforms.
  • Providing training reports and all the requested feedback to HQ & EO.
  • Following a constant store visit schedule.

 

Trainer Requirements

  • Wide consumer electronics market overview.
  • Public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Communication & Organization skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English language knowledge.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
  • Ability to cover any Biz trip requirements.
  • Experience in CE or IT industry will be considered an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Product training
