Workforce Planning Specialist
This is a Full time job, based in Nea Ionia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deploying intraday-monthly reports on staff attendance
- Maintain and update Business operations staffing database
- Analyze data to develop capacity and forecast plans
- Applying statistical models etc. for volumes forecasting
- Use of Workforce Management software for end-to-end resource planning cycle (Planning - Forecasting-Scheduling-Assignment)
- Conduct other data mining, diagnostic and predictive analytics as required
- Deliver data-driven insights to the Business Operations by linking data from various sources to provide robust actionable outcomes
- Deploying dashboards applying visualization techniques.
- Liaise with the business operational units and teams to gather information and proceed with service optimization.
- Monitor performance and proactively identify issues and risks.
- Be a key part of the team that provide strategic and tactical information as a critical tool in our decision making processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field (Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite with expertise at Microsoft Excel – SQL Access and VBA
- Interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Decision maker who evaluates the given information and takes efficient initiatives
- Fluent in statistics, planograms, spreadsheets, and frameworks.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Experience in programming languages (Python, R etc.) would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with PBX/CTI technology would be considered an asset
