Job Purpose:
As a Global Service Desk Agent at MSC, your mission is to deliver outstanding IT support to our agencies around the globe. We operate non-stop, ensuring that every IT issue is resolved promptly and efficiently. Your role is crucial in managing incidents to minimize business disruptions. Embrace the challenge of supporting diverse IT tasks and become a key player in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Resolution: Take ownership of IT incidents assigned to the support team, driving them to a successful resolution.
  • User Support: Offer exceptional assistance to both local and external users encountering IT issues, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with relevant teams to guarantee that support cases receive the highest level of attention and expertise.
  • System Monitoring: Oversee the functionality and performance of various systems, ensuring their optimal operation under the team's vigilant watch.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Relevant Education: A diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional Communication: Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively is paramount, both in writing and verbally.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A natural inclination towards understanding and prioritizing user needs is essential.
  • English Proficiency: Fluency in both oral and written English is a must to effectively support our global user base.
  • Tech Savvy: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a general proficiency in IT are crucial.
  • Team Player: An enthusiasm for collaborative work, with a strong sense of community and shared success.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in shifts, covering various global time zones, is vital for this role.
