Your main purpose

Develop and Implement Food Safety Programs: Create, enforce, and ensure compliance with food safety policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with state and industry regulations.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions on food safety, staying current with industry best practices and trends.
Hazard Management: Develop and oversee HACCP plans, monitoring and documenting key control points during food preparation.
Inspection, Auditing, and Record Keeping: Regularly inspect facilities, engage in third-party audits, correct non-compliance issues, and maintain thorough records for audit readiness.
Incident and Supplier Management: Promptly respond to food safety incidents, investigate issues, verify supplier quality, and conduct supplier audits as necessary.
Continuous Improvement and Crisis Management: Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective measures, and develop and execute crisis response plans, while effectively communicating food safety protocols organization-wide.

What will you bring?

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science and Technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented personality with the ability to travel when needed.
  • Strong project and time management capabilities, alongside excellent communication skills.
  • Superior command of English, both in written and verbal forms.
