Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified Cruise Employee for Cruise & Ferry Terminal Department:

What you will need to do:

  • Care for the smooth operation of the Cruise Passenger Terminals
  • Preparation in the formulation of proposals for the continuous upgrading of the services offered to passengers and the facilities of the Cruise
  • Daily inspection of facilities in order to record damages or problems and create reports that are sent to the person in charge of the sector
  • Collection of data from shipping companies regarding the volumes of cruise passengers and their luggage. Cross-checking these data with those of the Passport Service in order to verify them
  • Pre-invoicing of the following services and creation of pro forma invoices:Disembarkation – embarkation of passengers, Passenger baggage management, X-Ray screening of passengers and their baggage
  • Forwarding of pro forma invoices to the financial Department for the issuance of invoices
  • Shift scheduling of X-Rays control systems according to the needs of the business plan
  • Ensuring the implementation of legislation on passenger rights
  • Investigation of cruise customers' needs and measurement of their degree of satisfaction through the ISO process. Collection and evaluation of questionnaires. Preparation of an annual report measuring customer satisfaction regarding the services offered in the cruise area
  • Prepare for relevant proposals regarding the improvement of regulations
  • Collection, processing and study of Cruise statistics and issuance of relevant reports
  • Data collection and creation of material which, in collaboration with the Marketing and Public Relations departments, will contribute to the formulation of proposals (promotional and advertising material)
  • Procedure for collecting, recording and investigating complaints as well as examining passengers' comments and suggestions
  • Investigation of the needs of customers and third parties regarding the services provided at the Cruise stations
  • Check the correctness of the data concerning the contracting personnel (Security & Port Work) in order to issue an invoice for their payment

What skills you will need:

  • Technological, Scientific or Economical University Degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of English language (lower level)
  • Adequate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Teamwork, ability to collaborate in different projects- Mood for continuous development - Creativity and innovation - Analytical and synthetic thinking

  • Ability to work in outdoor areas
