Established Yacht Chandler Shop based in Piraeus is seeking accounting and operations assistant for full time work

Job Summary:To support everyday tasks within the company, liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues, developing, and managing financial systems/ policies, negotiating with suppliers

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides financial information to management
• Issue delivery notes, invoices and check versus order and goods/services receipt
• Evaluate and review accounts payable balances, including accounts analysis and review of cash disbursements
• Process accounts payable adjustments for errors or omissions
• Monitor purchase orders and prepare accruals for month and year end closing

Qualities and requirements:

• Candidates must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure work pressure and be very dependable
• Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Essential qualifications/skills:

•  Relative Bsc degree
• Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office programs (especially Word & Excel)
• Professional use of English language in both speaking and writing
• Other languages are considered as plus
• No previous experience is required but if any will be considered as plus
• Clean Driving license of gears driven car is compulsory, motorbike driving license is considered as plus
