Job Description

We are looking for CX/CRM Consultants to join our enterprise-scale CRM team in Athens.

A day in the life of a CX/CRM Consultant

As a CX/CRM Consultant, you will be a part of our highly skilled agile engineering teams working within large-scale transformation projects. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM implementations that are applied mainly in the telecommunications sector.

Your main duties will be a mix of engineering & consulting:

• Application Development & Implementation
• Create Business and Technical Documentation
• Configure and Customize the application
• Support & Maintenance of existing CX/CRM implementations
• Conduct Unit and Integration Test

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle Tools: Siebel, Rightnow
• Good understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
• Very Good Knowledge of SQL & Javascript
• Good programming skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent in communication and teamwork skills
• Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
