Job Description

We are looking for inspired CRM Developers to join our team of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations in Athens.

A day in the life of a CRM Developer

As a CRM Consultant, you will be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations that are intended mainly in private sector organizations.

Your main duties will be:

• Participate in Business Analysis & Design Workshops
• Create Business and Technical Documentation
• Application Development & Implementation
• Configure and Customize the application
• Support & Maintenance of existing CRM implementations
• Conduct Unit and Integration Test

Qualifications

If you have

• Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
• Experience in Siebel Tools
• Good understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture
• Very Good Knowledge of SQL & Javascript
• Good programming skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Excellent in interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
• Strongly customer service oriented
• Excellent command of the English language

It would also be a plus if you had

• Experience in Java and Web Services
• Cloud Applications hands-on experience
• Understanding of CRM/CX principles
