Senior Software Engineer (React)

More specifically, you will undertake tasks, such as:

• Participating in all phases of the development life cycle, with a focus on design, coding, and unit testing.
• Developing and maintaining functional and stable applications to meet the company's needs.
• Designing and implementing highly scalable solutions to accommodate unpredictable traffic patterns.
• Adhering to standard code practices and creating reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Implementing security and data protection mechanisms.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contributing to application strategy and planning.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and formulating concepts and ideas for additional products, tools, and services.

To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:

• University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant technology-related field
• Previous professional experience for this position is important! So, you need to have four plus (4+) years of experience in front-end development using ReactJS.
• Exposure to backend development, preferably with PHP, and the ability to build robust server-side applications.
• Experience with Redis for key-value data management and caching.
• Knowledge and proficiency in implementing and utilizing WebSockets for bidirectional communication.
• Experience with MySQL for the management and programming of relational databases.
• Knowledge of principles and experience in Rest API development.
• Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack.
• Proficiency with versioning tools, such as Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with build and CI tools (e.g., Bamboo).
• Experience working with the Redux pattern is a plus.
• You have an excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
