Your Role: As a Senior Software Engineer (React) at INTRALOT, you'll be at the forefront of our development efforts, driving the creation of cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of the gaming industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in all phases of the development life cycle, with a strong emphasis on design, coding, and unit testing.
• Developing and maintaining functional and stable applications that align with our company's strategic objectives.
• Designing and implementing highly scalable solutions to effectively manage unpredictable traffic patterns.
• Adhering to standard code practices and creating reusable code and libraries to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Implementing robust security and data protection mechanisms to safeguard our systems and users.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Contributing to application strategy and planning, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Staying abreast of emerging technologies and actively participating in the formulation of concepts and ideas for additional products, tools, and services.

Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant technology-related field.
• Four plus (4+) years of hands-on experience in front-end development using React.
• Experience with Redis for efficient key-value data management and caching.
• Knowledge and proficiency in implementing and utilizing WebSockets for bidirectional communication.
• Experience with MySQL for relational database management and programming.
• Knowledge of principles and experience in Rest API development.
• Familiarity with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack.
• Proficiency with versioning tools, such as Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with build and CI tools (e.g., Bamboo).
• Experience working with the Redux pattern is a plus.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages, both written and spoken.
• A strong team player mentality, coupled with the ability to work independently when necessary.
