The Role

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser who will be responsible for the development and use of digital tools that contribute to the creation of structured customer journeys and will strengthen the commerciality of our stores.

Your everyday work life

• Participation in store renovation planning
• Planographic compliance audit through digital tools based on our merchandising principles
• Creation and further development of Merchandising Guidelines & Projects and tools
• Presentation and training of colleagues in compliance with Merchandising
• Recording and tracking trends in new ideas and solutions related to the Customer Journey
• Engagement and optimization of stores' commerciality through digital platforms
• Communication with teams for the implementation of commercial projects
• Preparation of store network updates
• Order invoicing processes through SAP
• Communication with suppliers of merchandising materials

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Organizational skills with a high sense of teamwork
• Orientation towards achieving goals
• Ability to work with deadlines and responsibility
• Analytical thinking and communication skills (Greek, English)
• Familiarity with technology and good knowledge of MS Office
• Completed military service (for men)
• Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
• Ability to travel
