Your everyday work-life

• Support the execution of the full learning cycle as required- training needs analysis, content & methodology development and testing, solution delivery and evaluation
• Apply appropriate learning methods based on sound learning theories and evidence-informed design methodologies
• Liaise and collaborate with SMEs and key stakeholders for the development and update of learning content and material in various formats
• Design, tailor, coordinate and report on the on boarding process of new hires and transition programs
• Administer, feed and work through the LMS, LXP and content providers Kotsovolos partners with
• Support the execution of the full cycle of assessment and development centers
• Participate in the execution of the Performance Management process
• Support, monitor and report on Development Journeys and Capabilities_Academies@Kotsovolos, and administer their operation

As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business or other related field
• Minimum 2+ years of proven hands on experience in L&D dpt in a fast paced environment
• Experience in instructional design and training delivery in various formats - in person and virtually
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• Learning agility
• Digital savviness
• Creativity and innovation
