As a Group Medical Products Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and understanding existing corporate customer contracts in the B2B sector and undertaking the project of either reviewing existing booklets or creating new ones from scratch, where necessary. Your expertise in the life insurance sector, particularly in Group Medical products, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth study and analysis of NN Hellas group contracts with existing corporate customers in the B2B sector. Thoroughly understand the terms, conditions, and coverage details of these contracts.
• Evaluate the current booklets or create new booklets from scratch related to Group Medical products and other insurance offerings. Identify areas for improvement and ensure that all relevant information is accurately represented.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, underwriting, and customer service, to gather relevant information and insights, and to ensure a seamless delivery of services to clients
• Provide support to clients and customer service teams by addressing inquiries related to the booklets and contract details

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the life insurance sector, with a focus on Group Medical products, is required.
• A strong background and deep understanding of life insurance concepts
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other departments
