Job Description

A day in the life of an IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of highly skilled teams who work closely with the customer stakeholders and software product development team and will be the link between our IT capacity and our customer's objectives. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and cutting-edge technologies in order to develop a solid background in the field of application development and business analysis for clients in exciting and challenging markets, such as European Institutions, Public Sector Products (next-gen), Banking & Fintech, Telecoms, Sports Betting & Lotteries, Healthtech Insurance etc.

Your main duties will be to:

• Participate and/or lead the workshops with the customer, in order to gather business requirements and perform a fit/gap analysis
• Undertake the writing of the Project's Deliverables
• Map user requirements to system capabilities
• Participate in the implementation of the configuration, parameterization, and customization of software modules
• Coordinate with the developers' team for software customizations
• Monitor the implementation of software customizations of the provided systems
• Perform Unit & Integration Tests of software customizations & custom development
• Participate and/or lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT), support activities and act as a point of contact for the Customer's Users
• Act as liaison between the customer stakeholders and communicate issues raised by the Customer to the respective technical teams

Qualifications

If you have

• Degree in Computer Science or a relative discipline
• Experience in the Analysis and Design of information systems
• Analytical thinking personality with problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and strong presentation skills
• Fast learning skills and quick adaptation to complex business environments
• Fluency in the English language

• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience in ERP consulting and implementation
• Experience with Business Process Models and Notation
• Experience with Business Rules Management System
• Experience in UAT
• Experience in software development and databases
