Job Description

A day in the life of a Technical Trainer

In your role as a Technical Trainer, you will play a vital role in our organization by facilitating the successful adoption of the company's software applications in the public sector.

Your main duties will be to:

• Conducting Business Applications Training: You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training and support to end users, encompassing various methods such as on-the-job coaching, remote sessions, and structured classroom instruction.
• Curriculum Management: You'll take charge of developing and maintaining training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with current industry standards.
• User Support Services: Your duties include offering user support services to address queries, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall user experience.
• 1st & 2nd Tier Support: You will serve as a crucial resource for both first and second-level support, contributing to issue resolution and providing in-depth expertise when necessary.

Qualifications

Must haves:

• Availability & willingness to travel on a weekly basis across Greece
• Higher Education Degree
• Experience in being the liaison with other teams to identify issues and support issue resolution
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Strong customer service orientation
• Advanced presentation skills
• Very good command of the English language (written and oral)
