To meet our current corporate needs, we would like to bring to our team aService Desk & Monitoring Representative

based in Paiania, Attica

As our new Service Desk & Monitoring Representative, you will undertake tasks, such as:
  • Record and follow up tickets and relevant contacts in our Service Desk application
  • Coordinate investigation and analysis of an incident and escalate to relevant support teams when needed
  • Inform and follow up with key stakeholders on resolution progress
  • Coordinate incident closure, verify successful resolution of an incident and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Monitor the team using available resources for all countries (server, network, storage and database)
  • Manage alerts raised according to criticality
  • Stick to policies and procedures of Service Desk, which operates 24/7 (shift work)!

To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:

  • You have already acquired your University Degree or Technical/Vocational Certification in Computing, Electronics, or related IT field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a Service Desk role
  • Good understanding of Incident Management tools
  • Knowledge on Grafana/checkMk tool is a plus
  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken
  • Completed military obligations for male candidates
