Hellenic Tankers Co Ltd is seeking to recruit a self-driven and detail-oriented Crew Operator.

Key Responsibilities / Role:

Assist to the daily operation of the crew dept.
Handle crew change procedures and formalities with port agents
Keep all seafarers' files up-to-date (medical, personal, certifications, appraisals etc.)
Coordinate the crew's travel arrangements and visa requirements with the manning and travel agents

Requirements / Required Skills:

Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar position within the shipping sector
Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal)
Advanced PC literacy
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of Danaos ERP will be considered an asset.
