Our Editorial team is growing and we are looking for full-time Data Entry Agents to support our restaurant partners in the best possible way (shifts: consisting of evening shifts during Monday-Friday and morning & evening shifts during weekends and national holidays)! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data from our valuable partners and for providing them with the best customer experience through our channels.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in customer service, and essential data entry skills, likes fast typing with an eye for detail, is consistent, and enjoys helping people and providing solutions.

What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls & live chat requests daily.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Preparing/creating & modifying our partners’ menus.
- Mapping our partners’ delivery areas.

- You collect, frame & hang gorgeous restaurant menus on your walls exhibiting them to your cat.
- You believe that Google Maps is one more tool to mark your territory to the others.
- You believe you were a ninja warrior who played the piano in your previous life.
- The term agent doesn't only mean you're part of the FBI, CIA, etc.

- You have strong verbal & written communication skills.
- You are problem-solving oriented and you have the ability to find the best solution to every customer-related issue.
- You are a team player! Team spirit is necessary as you will be part of a highly interactive and dynamic group of 80+ people.
- Multitasking and critical thinking are required in order to prioritize and handle both incoming and outgoing communication.
- Strong understanding of customer expectations with a focus on quality-driven support.
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling. - Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
- Prior experience in customer service is a must.
- Bachelor's degree will be considered a plus.
- Full-time work, 5 days a week, consisting of evening shifts during Monday-Friday and morning & evening shifts during weekends and national holidays.
