Role

As an Assistant Operations Manager, working closely with and reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will be to actively monitor Cityzen’s car parks network and mobility services, ensure excellent customer service and monitoring KPIs as well as setting targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference in a highly developing industry sector, with a clientele consisting of major public and private organizations.

Responsibilities include organizing car parks and making sure they are operated properly, ensuring activities and procedures are properly conducted and in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies, cooperating closely with the other company departments, identifying operational problems with the purpose of immediate optimization, undertaking ad hoc projects, preparing and monitoring of the annual Budget.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or other related field
  • An M.B.A. or similar will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of Greek and English
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project management & facility management
  • Valid driver’s license
