Job Title: Leasing Operations Leader

Department:  VW Financial Services Hellas AE

Reports to:  VWFS Hellas Director                                                   

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Stabilize the Leasing journey process and improve it continuously
• Deputy to Leasing Director able to cover in times of absence incl. PoA
• Key account for all SLA Services provided to or from VWFS Hellas.
• Assist Leasing Partners to complete their tasks/targets on the basis of a standard reporting.
• Monitoring of collaborating cooperation’s (quality of services, repair time, charge control). on the basis of a standard reporting
• Cooperation with other VWFS or VW Bank units in order to achieve maximum levels of customer care.
• Routine collaboration with VWFS HQ competence centers
• Communicate and follow up with Clients and Partners requests or complains on the basis of a standard reporting.
• Reporting, processing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data together with Controlling and Finance
• Review Leasing processes with the goal of their complete digitization.
• Working with the Leasing CMS system
• Participate in Leasing projects, assisting to deliver projects on time within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives

Required Skills/Abilities:

• At least 4 years relevant experience in similar positions – international companies are considered a plus
• University degree (Master’s will be considered a plus)
• Fluency in writing & talking in English Language
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel (PowerPoint will be considered a plus)
• Excellent Writing & Communication Skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Decision making ability
